Try our farm products: vegetable preserves, jams, traditional extra-virgin olive oil and our selection of monocultivar (frantoiano, leccino, moraiolo) extra-virgin olive oil. Extra-virgin olive oil: Two ensure our cold-pressed olive oil has a very low acidity of 0.1%, we harvest our olives in mid-october. Preserves & sauces: Sicilian caponata, basilico sott'olio (basil preserved in our olive oli), assorted vegetables, baby onions and celery each in agrodolce, marinated olives, herbed tomatoes, roasted tomato and red chilli arrabbiata sauce, pizza tomato sauce. Our vegetables, harvested at the proper stage of maturity, make delicious preserves and sauces. Jams & Vegetables preserves: we make delicious preserves with our fruit which is arvested at the peak of maturity. Try traditional jams such as apricoc, pears, apples, quinces, peaches, figs, cherries, plums, pears and grapes, apples and grapes. As will as our new resepies, superb with cheeses sauches green tomatoes, pumpkins, onions, peppers, winter water melon, apple and roses. |
